Salary Range: $165k-$195k base + 20% Bonus or Equity options + Unlimited PTO + 401k + Comprehensive Health Benefits
Key Qualifications:

• 8+ years of robust Product Design experience, primarily focused on B2C Consumer Apps with an emphasis on Payment Conversion & Gamification.
• 2+ years of Leadership experience, guiding teams of UI, UX, and Product Designers.
• Hands-on experience in product design while establishing a compelling design vision.
• Familiarity and enthusiasm for utilizing AI in a professional context, thriving in an “AI first” environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B environments.

Role Overview

In this senior role, you will report directly to the VP of Technology located in California. You’ll have the opportunity to lead, motivate, and expand a talented international team of six designers specializing in UI, UX, and product design hailing from India, Vietnam, and Bangladesh. You will drive innovation and excellence across our B2C and B2B products. This is a unique chance to define the design vision for a global platform that serves millions of active users each month while actively participating in its swift expansion and development.

• 8+ years of Product Design experience, primarily with B2C Consumer Apps focused on Payment Conversion & Gamification.
• 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing UI, UX, and Product Designers.
• Recently engaged in hands-on product design, shaping an impactful design vision.
• Actively using AI in a professional setting, with a keen interest in an “AI first” work culture.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Background in B2B design.
