Position Overview:

UK Sales Account Executive
Remote in the UK, with travel for client meetings and occasional gatherings in London
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 plus uncapped OTE

Your Qualifications / Experience: Experience in Legal Practice Management Software Sales, Legal-Tech Sales, or B2B SaaS Sales.

As we expand our commercial team to enhance our presence in the UK market, we seek a motivated UK Sales Account Executive who can contribute significantly to our growth.

What You’ll Do as a UK Sales Account Executive:

Operating from the UK, you will leverage your proven experience in SaaS software sales within the legal sector to expand Actionstep’s customer base and achieve sales objectives by effectively communicating our value proposition. Self-driven and results-focused, you will cultivate new customer opportunities through strategic prospecting and outbound initiatives.

This is a unique chance to make a significant impact in a successful cloud-based technology company. You will build relationships in key customer segments and regions to foster sales opportunities and increase our customer network.

Your Skills & Competencies:

+ 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
+ Familiarity with the legal industry (experience with practice management software is a plus)
+ Proven success in IT/SaaS sales, consistently meeting and exceeding targets
+ Ability to understand customer needs and build lasting, trustworthy relationships at all levels
+ A strong work ethic and the initiative to go above and beyond
+ Technical aptitude and a commitment to deeply understand Actionstep’s technology and the industry
+ High energy and a positive outlook
+ Excellent presentation abilities
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
+ Proficient in researching, identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities
+ Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
+ Experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable
