    Position: REMOTE – Commercial Flooring Sales Managers/Executives (Multiple Functions) Location: REMOTE – (Any U.S. City) Compensation: $70k – $350k + Unlimited earning potential (Best in the Industry) Type: Full Time Position Overview Join our rapidly expanding National Interior Design construction division as a dynamic and experienced Commercial Flooring Project Executive. We are currently seeking skilled professionals for several key roles, including Senior Account Executives, Senior Estimators, Senior Project Managers, Senior Facilities PM, and Senior Maintenance Account Executives. As we grow across diverse markets nationwide, your role will be crucial in fueling sales growth by cultivating strong client relationships, grasping their unique needs, and delivering customized commercial flooring solutions. (Please note, we are focusing exclusively on candidates with a background in commercial projects, construction, and service rather than distribution or manufacturing.) Key Responsibilities – Foster and sustain relationships with prominent clients in the commercial flooring sector. – Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients. – Unearth new business prospects and generate leads through proactive networking and comprehensive market research. – Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to successfully closing deals. – Collaborate seamlessly with design and installation teams to guarantee exceptional client satisfaction. – Provide specialized guidance on flooring options, including carpet, resilient, and ceramic materials. – Create and present compelling proposals and contracts. – Achieve and surpass sales targets, playing a vital role in the overall growth of the company. Qualifications – Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or project management/estimating within the commercial flooring service and construction sectors. – In-depth knowledge of commercial flooring projects (including carpet, resilient, ceramic, resinous, epoxy, etc.). – Familiarity with Measure Square software is preferred, particularly for construction estimators/project managers. – Proven ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders. – Self-driven with a strong focus on results. – Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
