We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Product Manager who can transform the way consumers and Multi-Location service providers engage on Yelp. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize product opportunities that empower enterprise clients to grow and engage effectively with their customer base.
• Work closely with our design, analytics, and engineering teams, while also engaging with stakeholders and clients to comprehend their needs and aspirations.
• Collaborate with our outstanding engineering team to implement and launch new features that enhance revenue in our enterprise sector.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from defining and building to releasing and measuring outcomes.
• Create product roadmaps, prioritize key features, and advocate for launches to executives, product managers, sales teams, business development, and stakeholders at Yelp.
• Act promptly; while we aim for excellence, we thrive on releasing and iterating rapidly.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven Product Management Experience: A track record as a product manager or owner with full accountability for substantial initiatives.
• Tech-Savviness: Ability to effectively collaborate with engineers and data scientists to understand the technical ramifications of product decisions.
• Strong Business Insight: Demonstrated history of crafting business cases and securing buy-in for revenue-enhancing solutions.
• Analytical Thinker: Comfort in working with our Data Science team to explore challenges and uncover opportunities, with the ability to run your own analyses using SQL to assess key metrics.
• Exceptional Communicator: Capability to navigate both technical details with engineering and to convey product vision and roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
