We invite dynamic and qualified candidates with substantial expertise in Hardware Asset Management using ServiceNow to join our client as a Senior Solutions Architect. In this pivotal role, you will evaluate and enhance our comprehensive ITSM/ITAM program, overseeing the entire endpoint lifecycle—from inception to disposal. A significant emphasis will be placed on developing a robust framework and architecture for enterprise asset management, which includes creating effective end-of-life programs on a global scale and managing disposal or lease returns. Additionally, you will lead the charge in rolling out and maintaining a worldwide asset tagging and data collection initiative. Exceptional skills in financial management, tools assessment, and the implementation of ITAM tools in conjunction with third-party providers are essential. Your capacity to influence and lead will be critical in driving process improvements and managing relationships with third-party partners.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficient in enterprise architecture and asset management, with a strong focus on solution architecture, particularly within the ServiceNow platform.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating cradle-to-grave ITAM models.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience specializing in IT Asset Management solutions strategy.
• Ability to develop governance processes along with standards, methodologies, and tools for exemplary software project and program delivery as well as technology portfolio management, covering demand, resources, financials, and timelines.

Essential Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, specifically Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience in evaluating end-of-life cycles, technical architecture, and roadmaps.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and managing third-party vendors.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Office 365 tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this role is set between $60.00 and $85.00 per hour. Eligibility for certain benefits may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
