Your Role

• You will be engaged in loading gravel into Highway Haulers at various locations, utilizing onboard scales for precise measurements.

• Working independently, you will maintain consistent communication with your supervisor following established contact protocols.

• Fostering positive relationships with truckers and other partner companies will be a key aspect of your role.

• You will be responsible for the upkeep of roadways and stockpiles, ensuring a smooth operational flow.

• Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures is essential to your daily activities.

What We Seek

• A minimum of 3 years of experience operating a front-end loader is required.

• Previous experience in loading trucks accurately, with a keen eye for weight and placement on trailers, is essential.

• Familiarity with electronic and truck scales will be considered an advantage.

• You should be comfortable working independently while upholding our safety policies and procedures.

• Reliable transportation is a must.

Employment Requirements

• Selected candidates will need to pass a post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

• This role primarily involves working in dynamic environments with moving mechanical equipment, exposure to inclement weather, as well as variations in heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
