Job Description
- This position embraces flexibility with remote working available across the UK. Candidates must be ready to occasionally visit the nearest AerialBuz hub, located in either London or Aylesbury.
- Collaborate with our external social agency to drive the growth of AerialBuz’s social channels.
- Partner with the Social Agency to shape and execute a compelling social media strategy and ensure channel engagement.
- Coordinate with Creative, Content, and Marketing Managers to implement cohesive omni-channel campaigns.
- Align social media strategies with business goals and brand aspirations, focusing on cultivating a thriving social community.
- Oversee daily social media activities, executing the strategy effectively while meeting deadlines and targets.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, uncovering trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage tasks efficiently within set timelines, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Boost engagement and interaction across all our social platforms.
- Generate standardized social media reports for relevant stakeholders to assess performance.
- Lead the review process for social media agencies, overseeing ongoing management of third-party agencies and media outlets.
- Stay ahead of social media developments and trends, particularly those appealing to our GenZ demographic.
- Supervise team members in the social media department, providing guidance and direction.
- Formulate and implement an influencer strategy across AerialBuz platforms, collaborating with stakeholders and our external agency.
- Represent AerialBuz with professionalism during client meetings and industry events.
- Contribute valuable insights and a social perspective to emerging business initiatives.
- Extensive experience in marketing, with a strong background in social media roles that shape and maintain brand voice.
- Proven ability to craft multi-channel stories that resonate across diverse subjects, including fashion, beauty, technology, current events, and more.
- Capability to lead cross-functional projects in collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
- Outstanding written communication skills, both formal and casual, with the adaptability to tailor messages across platforms and audiences.
- Significant experience working alongside Creative and Marketing teams to bring stories to life and ensure timely distribution.
- Confidence and proficiency in presenting to a wide audience, including both internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong grasp of social media strategy and influencer marketing, with demonstrated experience in community management.
- Experienced in team leadership, with skills in managing deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Proven track record of collaborating with influencers across platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Experience with livestream production and presentation.
- Ability to track, analyze, and adapt social analytics effectively, ensuring campaigns yield optimal results and gleaning insights for future strategies.
- Demonstrable success in creating captivating social media content.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus (e.g., Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Resourceful, proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills that foster productive, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.

As our Social Media & Community Manager, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of social media, propelling AerialBuz’s presence across various platforms through engaging branded and in-house content. Your mission will be to oversee and execute numerous initiatives in sync with our external agency and our talented in-house Creative, Content, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is an accomplished Social Media Manager, possessing deep, hands-on expertise in community building, strategic thinking, and influencing. A strong interest in the latest social platforms, emerging trends, and an understanding of our GenZ audience is essential, along with the capability to manage and inspire a team with a sharp focus on key performance indicators and results.
