In the pivotal role of Professional Services Platform Architect, you will be instrumental in the seamless deployment of ABBYY’s document processing solutions tailored for a wide array of clients.

Your Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with enterprise-level clients to grasp their infrastructure requirements.
2. Design and implement scalable, robust infrastructure solutions for diverse needs.
3. Provide expert technical guidance during the deployment process to ensure success.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues swiftly and efficiently.
5. Deliver high-quality, reliable solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
6. Engage with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and address technical challenges.

What You Bring

1. A wealth of experience (10+ years) in DevOps and/or Infrastructure roles with expertise in Linux/Windows system administration.
2. Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
3. Hands-on experience in administering cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

1. Skills in Windows Administration.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Failover Clusters, email services, and SSL certificates.
3. Experience managing databases, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, and PowerShell.

Key Non-Technical Skills

1. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
3. Experience in managing relationships with enterprise-level clients.
4. Ability to create clear, detailed documentation for technical processes and infrastructure.
5. Upper-intermediate proficiency in written and verbal English.
