Your Influence:

• Report directly to our VP of Solutions Architecture.
• Provide expert guidance to Unqork users on best practices in architecture, both universally and specific to their applications.
• Develop and share reusable design patterns with the Unqork community.
• Create example applications that showcase best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and system integrators to effectively deliver Unqork’s platform and services.
• Facilitate customers through their technical and business challenges to enhance adoption, value, and utilization of Unqork.
• Manage strategic, long-term relationships, ensuring a seamless experience from sale to production and beyond.
• Upkeep the highest quality service for clients, irrespective of the delivery model or resources assigned.
• Support ongoing account management, maintain customer journeys, and ensure value is derived from every client interaction.
• Design and implement customer success strategies, ensuring compliance with best practices and agreed roles and responsibilities.

Your Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of pertinent experience as an engineer or architect.
• Proficiency in web technologies and services.
• A proven track record of developing scalable, reliable, and sustainable solutions (i.e., enterprise-level, customer-facing).
• Experience in a technical role that requires client engagement.
• Strong background in client relationship management, technical project delivery, product management, and utilizing metrics for informed decision-making while managing a portfolio of key customers.
• A solid understanding of technical concepts with a keen enthusiasm for learning the Unqork platform.
• A blend of service orientation and a solution-oriented mindset.
