Position Overview:
UK Sales Account Executive
Remote in the UK, including travel for client meetings and occasional gatherings in London
£65,000 – £75,000 base salary, with an uncapped OTE of £130-150,000

Your Responsibilities:
In your role based in the UK, you will bring your proven experience in SaaS software sales, specifically within the Legal Industry. Your mission will be to expand Actionstep’s customer base and achieve sales objectives by effectively communicating the value of our solutions. As a self-motivated, results-driven professional, you’ll generate new opportunities through targeted prospecting and strategic outreach.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Abilities:
- A minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales experience.
- Familiarity with the legal industry (experience with practice management software is highly advantageous).
- Demonstrated success in IT/SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional ability to understand customer needs and establish trust across all organizational levels.
- A strong work ethic, paired with a proactive and resourceful approach.
- A willingness to deepen your expertise in Actionstep’s technology and the legal sector.
- A high-energy, positive mindset.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
- Capable of researching, identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
- Comfort in working independently while also being a valuable team player.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM is a plus.
