Position Overview:

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate processing of benefit verifications and prior authorizations for all new referrals, adhering to our established quality and speed standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Swiftly and accurately manage benefit verification and authorization processes for new referrals.

• Collaborate with the AVA Supervisor and Manager on special projects as needed.

Supervisory Role:

This position does not involve supervisory duties such as hiring, promoting, or conducting performance reviews.

Essential Education and Experience:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is a must.

• At least two years of relevant experience is required.

Core Qualifications:

• Proficient at juggling multiple referrals and priorities simultaneously.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.

• Demonstrates high self-discipline in achieving productivity goals.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on maintaining quality.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare or medical billing is a plus.

Your salary will be determined based on your education, experience, competencies, and internal equity, aligned with current market data.

Salary Range: $17.52 – $29.20
