    What We Offer to Our Team:

    Your Key Responsibilities

    1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy technician team.
    2. Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to ensure medication preparation and dispensing activities are executed flawlessly.
    3. Monitor team productivity, ensuring quality work and timely completion of tasks.
    4. Maintain a clean and safe pharmacy work environment, ensuring all medication distribution systems operate effectively and comply with legal regulations.
    5. Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff, fostering their professional growth.
    6. Schedule team shifts to guarantee adequate coverage at all times.
    7. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
    8. Address and resolve operational and staffing conflicts.
    9. Engage with pharmacy technicians to solicit feedback and improve workflows.
    10. Support the ongoing development of pharmacy staff and promote career advancement within the team.
    11. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective waste management practices, while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
    12. Engage in compliance and quality enhancement activities for the department.
    13. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
    14. Step into the roles of pharmacy technicians as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
    15. Complete additional duties as assigned to support the team’s success.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory and technician experience in a pharmacy setting or equivalent.
    • An associate degree or higher in a management or health-related field is preferred.
    • Comprehensive understanding of technician responsibilities with proven precision, accountability, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work independently while managing priorities effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a capacity for managing change are essential.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven interpersonal abilities and a team-focused mindset.

    Required Licensure/Certifications

    – Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT and NH Board of Pharmacy) is mandatory. – BLS certification within 30 days of hire for Retail or Specialty Pharmacy roles involving immunization administration.
