    About the Opportunity:

    CrowdStrike is on the lookout for an exceptional Director of Product Marketing to spearhead our go-to-market strategy for Identity Protection and SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM). This pivotal leadership position encompasses all dimensions of product marketing such as positioning, messaging, demand generation, public and analyst relations, digital marketing initiatives, and sales enablement.

    We’re searching for a passionate and seasoned leader with extensive knowledge in Identity Protection (including ITDR, ISPM, PAM, Zero Trust, and Non-Human Identities) and SaaS Security. A solid understanding of endpoint security, data protection, threat intelligence, and security operations is essential.

    In the role of Director of Product Marketing, you will craft strategic objectives, establish priorities, and drive quantifiable results through regular KPIs. You will lead a talented team of Principal and Senior Product Marketing Managers and work collaboratively across various departments to deliver bold and distinct messaging in competitive landscapes.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Messaging & Positioning: Craft clear, unique, and engaging messaging that highlights customer successes, industry trends, and product features.

    • Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of high-achieving PMMs, cultivating a culture that encourages innovation and exceptional performance.

    • Market Expansion & Impact: Propel awareness, user adoption, and pipeline growth for Identity Protection and SSPM through strategic marketing initiatives.

    • Product Launch Management: Oversee and implement impactful product launches, ensuring seamless collaboration across product development, sales, marketing, and partnership functions.

    • Content Development: Direct the creation of high-value content, including sales materials, thought leadership pieces, website content, videos, blogs, and more.

    • Sales Enablement: Arm the sales and alliances teams with compelling messaging, training sessions, and resources to enhance revenue generation and market differentiation.

    • Market & Competitive Insight: Serve as the expert on buyer behaviors, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, utilizing data to shape strategy and execution.

    • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders in marketing, sales, and product management to define and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

    • Executive Collaboration: Partner closely with CrowdStrike’s leadership team to forge the long-term vision for Identity Protection and SSPM.

    • Thought Leadership: Represent CrowdStrike as a thought leader through blogs, social media interactions, speaking opportunities, and client events.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, product marketing, technical PMM, product management, or B2B SaaS.

    • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing teams of Directors, Senior Managers, and individual contributors in fast-paced growth settings.

    • Profound knowledge in two or more additional domains within cybersecurity, such as endpoint protection, threat intelligence, data protection, or SIEM.

    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities—capable of translating complex security concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration—effective in engaging with executives, sales, product, and engineering teams.

    • Self-driven with high energy—exhibits a sense of urgency, focus, and a mindset geared for growth.

    • Capacity to manage multiple initiatives and excel in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. 

    • Innovative problem-solver—adept at generating creative solutions and driving measurable impact.

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (MBA is preferred).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with high-growth startups or publicly traded technology companies.

    • Background in cybersecurity, technical marketing, or product management.

    • Established track record of building and scaling teams in rapidly evolving environments.

    • Hands-on leadership style—leading by example and elevating performance standards within your team.
