As part of our dynamic Design team, you will focus on crafting exceptional user experiences that resonate with our community’s aspirations. We establish benchmarks for UI and UX excellence, and we are in search of an innovative Product Design Manager to lead and motivate our talented designers in redefining competitive gaming.

What You’ll Need:

• A proven track record of leading and nurturing product design teams, facilitating both professional growth and quality deliverables.
• An agile mindset that connects creative concepts and adapts to diverse projects.
• Inspiring leadership skills aligned with overarching company and product goals.
• Experience working collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and various stakeholders.
• A knack for providing constructive feedback, fostering design talent, and guiding career progression.
• A robust portfolio that showcases your design expertise and dedication to user-centric solutions.

Bonus Points: A background or familiarity with the gaming and esports domain would be advantageous.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a talented team of 4-5 designers within FACEIT’s core product groups.
• Work closely with product managers to identify challenges, outline deliverables, and establish timelines.
• Embrace a balance between leadership responsibilities and direct design contributions.
• Oversee the design process and advocate for user experience at every stage of product development.
• Articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging design trends and technologies.
• Continuously analyze user feedback and data to refine design solutions.
