    A leading pharmaceutical company based in Connecticut is excited to offer an enticing opportunity for a Remote Supply Chain Logistics Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal position, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s global import and export logistics, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across the board.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Remote Supply Chain Logistics Consultant, your expertise will be essential in:

    • Assessing and determining the requisite import/export regulations based on the specifics of various commodities and shipments.
    • Preparing detailed proforma and commercial invoices for international transactions.
    • Guiding customs brokers on the necessary import entry protocols.
    • Guaranteeing adherence to global governmental regulations and compliance standards.
    • Executing comprehensive trade compliance planning for international imports.
    • Logging transactional activities systematically to facilitate trend analysis, performance metrics reporting, recordkeeping, and productivity assessments.
    • Collaborating effectively with management, both internal and external stakeholders, and suppliers.
    • Partnering closely with Clinical Supply teams to bolster related import initiatives.
    • Assisting in the investigation of corrective and preventative actions whenever required.
    • Performing additional duties as necessary to support the operational framework.

    Qualifications:

    To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

    • A minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
    • An Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Proficiency in computer applications and systems.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • A keen eye for detail and a highly organized approach to work.

    Desired Skills:

    Ideal candidates will also have:

    • Familiarity with the logistics of commercial or approved products.
