As a Federal and State Tax Compliance Consultant, your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing tax returns and schedules related to federal, state, and local tax obligations. You will ensure that all deadlines are consistently met, stay updated on relevant tax legislation, and assist with tax audits as needed.
Ideal candidates for the Federal and State Tax Compliance Consultant position should demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in a related field. Requirements include: CPA certification or CPA eligibility, a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from an accredited institution (or its foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in tax compliance.
