What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience leading and managing a remote, customer-facing team or 3+ years in managing a team of tax preparation specialists.
• Strong leadership abilities to effectively guide a team, resolve conflicts, and provide empowering advice, enabling your team to deliver exceptional work.
• A passion for world-class customer service, taking full ownership of customer interactions while striving to elevate our brand by exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the enthusiasm to engage with customers and team members through professional, friendly, and confident communication via video and audio platforms.
• Willingness to work flexible hours outside of normal schedules during peak periods, specifically from February to early May.

Qualifications – Assets:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Experience in preparing Personal Tax (T1) Returns.
• Experience in Business Tax (T2) Returns preparation.
• Familiarity with Quebec Tax (TP1) Returns preparation.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package that rewards performance. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $39.50 to $53.50 per hour, with additional eligibility for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and comprehensive benefits as per our applicable plans. Compensation is determined by various factors, including role-specific knowledge and experience, and we strive to maintain pay equity through regular assessments across ethnic and gender categories.

How You Will Lead

• Lead a dedicated team of Tax Experts to support customers in completing their tax filings using Intuit’s TurboTax products. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our goal of global prosperity by offering tax advice and overseeing personal tax return reviews for those filing independently, as well as managing full-service return preparations and product inquiries.
• Foster a high-performance culture that empowers Tax Experts to deliver world-class service through strong mentoring, coaching, and effective performance management.
• Utilize state-of-the-art video communication software to engage with customers, tax experts, and cross-functional partners, meticulously documenting all interactions to ensure accuracy and accountability.
