Your Role
In this exciting position, you will focus on identifying and attracting top Tech Developers through platforms like LinkedIn and leveraging referrals. You’ll partner closely with the Talent Lead and hiring managers to gain insights into job requirements, facilitating a proactive approach to sourcing talent that aligns with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and posting engaging job descriptions on various career websites and job boards.
• Utilizing databases, social media, and specialized platforms to source and screen candidates, ensuring they resonate with our company values and culture.
• Assessing and evaluating CVs to identify the best talent.
• Maintaining and cultivating our existing candidate network, while actively expanding it with exceptional talent.
• Contributing to our Employee Value Proposition to enhance our appeal as an employer.

Qualifications for Success
To thrive in this role, you should have a background in recruitment, whether through agency experience or in-house roles. Familiarity with sourcing technology candidates will be highly beneficial.

What We Offer
In return for your expertise and contributions, you will receive a competitive hourly rate equivalent to an annual salary ranging from £30,000 to £32,000.
