    Key Responsibilities

    • Forge and nurture trusted advisor relationships with major accounts, sales executives, and technical teams from both business and technical angles.

    • Gain an in-depth understanding of the specific business and technical goals driving our customers’ major initiatives.

    • Document and outline the customer’s business structure and product lifecycle processes for optimal clarity.

    • Collect and provide valuable advice on high-level business and technical requirements pertaining to product development, manufacturing, and support.

    • Offer insights into the technical capabilities and business value derived from current and proposed Siemens solutions.

    • Build robust knowledge of Siemens’ comprehensive digital enterprise product design and manufacturing portfolio.

    • Collaborate with account managers and pre-sales teams to define and capitalize on sales opportunities.

    • Lead the team’s efforts in responding to client requests for information (RFI) and proposals (RFP, RFQ), along with demonstrations and proof of concept evaluations.

    • Guide customers through the implementation of appropriate Siemens solutions, ensuring a smooth transition.

    • Establish and coordinate regular technical and management review sessions with clients.

    • Manage customer technical inquiries and effectively coordinate resources for prompt responses.

    • Document and circulate the outcomes of client meetings and subsequent agreements.

    • Maintain a comprehensive dashboard of all active customer opportunities, tracking status, efforts, maturity, selection criteria, and business case development.

    • Document and disseminate best practices and customer success stories throughout the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Must reside within the continental USA.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design and/or manufacturing methods and processes.

    • At least 5 years of experience in new product introduction, technical consulting, or support in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)—proficient in performing proof of concepts and defining requirements and scope deployments.

    • Must have led deployment initiatives along with the aforementioned hands-on responsibilities.

    • Demonstrated recent experience leading and managing teams of both technical and business consultants, both internally and externally.

    The total cash compensation range for this role is $142,800 to $285,600, with 30% of this potentially comprising an annual incentive. Actual compensation is contingent upon the successful candidate’s work location and a variety of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and educational background.
