    Location: Remote Call Center

    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    Customer Service Excellence:

    • Engage with customers over the phone to provide personalized solutions for their technical issues.
    • Communicate with clarity, both verbally and in writing, ensuring every interaction surpasses customer expectations.

    Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to iOS, macOS, smartphones, tablets, or PCs.
    • Utilize various systems to offer efficient, real-time solutions.

    Adaptability in Communication:

    • Connect with a wide range of customers by tailoring your communication style to suit their unique needs.
    • Attune to both verbal and non-verbal cues to enhance the customer support experience.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work together with fellow advisors to share knowledge, solve problems, and reach team targets.

    Qualifications We’re Seeking:

    Customer Service Focus:

    • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, whether in a call center or support environment, is preferred (volunteer or academic roles are also valued!).

    Technical Enthusiasm:

    • A solid grasp of iOS, macOS, smartphones, tablets, or PCs, paired with a genuine interest in troubleshooting.

    Resilience Under Pressure:

    • Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure scenarios, even amidst challenges.

    Learning & Growth Mindset:

    • Embrace feedback and coaching, with an eagerness to continuously develop and excel.

    What You’ll Bring to the Role:

    • Proven experience in customer support or technical assistance, ideally within a call center context.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a flexible approach to overcoming challenges.
    • Comfort with navigating multiple software tools and systems to diagnose and resolve issues.
    • A self-driven attitude with effective time management skills.

    Remote Work Requirements:

    • Private Workspace: Ensure a quiet, secure area free from distractions.
    • Ergonomics: Maintain a comfortable desk setup with all necessary equipment.
    • Internet: A reliable connection with a minimum of 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed is essential.
    • Ethernet Connection: Must be hardwired; Wi-Fi connections are not acceptable.
