Join a dynamic team providing Remote TelePsychiatry services in the picturesque California Bay Area! We are seeking skilled professionals to deliver exemplary care primarily focusing on adult and older adult outpatient coverage, with a small component of 10% dedicated to child and adolescent patients aged 6-18. This flexible role requires a commitment of just 3-6 hours a week, with the opportunity to start immediately upon completion of credentialing, which typically takes about a month.

Our client prefers a hybrid work model that splits time evenly between in-person and remote settings (50/50), but they are open to fully remote telepsychiatry arrangements if that suits your needs better. You’ll enjoy flexibility in scheduling as long as services are rendered between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates will be double Board Certified Psychiatrists with expertise in both adult and child/adolescent psychiatry. This role does not require on-call hours. For telehealth appointments, we utilize user-friendly platforms including Google Suite, Doxy.me, and WebEx, giving patients the choice of their preferred medium.

Expect to conduct initial evaluations for adults and older adults lasting 45 minutes to one hour, with shorter 30-minute sessions for medication follow-ups. Meanwhile, evaluations for children and adolescents are allotted 1 to 1.5 hours for initial assessments, followed by 30-45 minute follow-up consultations.

Candidates should be comfortable navigating electronic health records and possess general computer proficiency. We seek individuals open to assignments of 3 months or longer, with a preference for those who are available for up to one year.
