Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your assigned territory.
- Gain and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services relevant to your area.
- Nurture existing accounts while actively seeking new customers to propel sales growth.
- Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales initiatives and policies to achieve district sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver top-tier sales support in your territory.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers and prospects, either directly or through appointed sales personnel.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, particularly in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven sales techniques and excellent negotiation skills are necessary to navigate challenges successfully.
- Experience in dealer development and retention is preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and meet set objectives.
- Candidates will be favored if they have a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and delivering optimal results.
