Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the leading representative of the Stine brand within your designated area.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Stine’s seed offerings and services tailored to your territory.
- Maintain and grow your existing accounts while actively recruiting new ones to boost sales.
- Communicate and execute Stine’s sales strategies and policies effectively to reach district sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers and prospects, either personally or through assigned sellers.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, ideally in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven sales abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a knack for overcoming challenges.
- Demonstrated success in growing and retaining dealer relationships.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve set objectives.
- Preference will be given to those who excel in building strong connections with growers and understanding their unique needs.
