    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary advocate for the Stine brand within your territory.
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of Stine’s seed products and services relevant to your area.
    • Oversee existing client accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales strategies and objectives to achieve district targets.
    • Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to ensure exceptional sales support in your territory.
    • Build and foster strong relationships with customers and prospects, whether directly or via designated sellers.

    What You Bring:

    • A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, including expertise in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven knowledge of effective sales techniques, strong negotiation abilities, and a knack for overcoming challenges.
    • A track record of successful dealer development and retention.
    • Self-motivation, with the capability to work independently while meeting set objectives.
    • Preference will be accorded to candidates with a demonstrated ability to establish and nurture solid relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and achieving desired outcomes.
