Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary advocate for the Stine brand within your territory.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Stine’s seed products and services relevant to your area.
- Oversee existing client accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales strategies and objectives to achieve district targets.
- Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to ensure exceptional sales support in your territory.
- Build and foster strong relationships with customers and prospects, whether directly or via designated sellers.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, including expertise in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of effective sales techniques, strong negotiation abilities, and a knack for overcoming challenges.
- A track record of successful dealer development and retention.
- Self-motivation, with the capability to work independently while meeting set objectives.
- Preference will be accorded to candidates with a demonstrated ability to establish and nurture solid relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and achieving desired outcomes.
