As part of a highly regarded therapeutic fostering agency with an impressive Good Ofsted rating, you’ll engage in a unique Team Parenting Approach designed to address the specific needs of each child. Collaborate with therapists, educational professionals, and fellow social workers while benefiting from continuous therapeutic training opportunities to enhance your skill set.

Your Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage a manageable caseload of approximately 10-12 foster carers situated in the Greater Manchester area. Your primary focus will be on providing essential support and supervision to these foster carers, freeing you from the additional responsibility of completing any Form F Assessments.

Qualifications and Requirements:
