We are on the lookout for a dedicated Travel Specialist who will work from home, expertly crafting customized travel experiences to enchanting long-haul destinations.

    In this dynamic role, you will engage with a variety of travel trade partners, fielding incoming sales calls and transforming customer travel aspirations into reality. By understanding their unique needs, preferences, and budgets, you will create tailor-made holiday experiences that leave a lasting impression.

    Your Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Crafting personalized travel itineraries to long-haul destinations that align with clients’ distinct requirements.
    • Consistently meeting and surpassing personal sales goals, including revenue and productivity benchmarks.
    • Promptly following up on sales inquiries and maintaining communication with both customers and travel partners.
    • Delivering exemplary customer service that ensures client satisfaction.
    • Sharing your travel knowledge and expertise with agent partners and clients regarding destinations, airlines, and logistical arrangements.
    • Designing "tailor-made" packages that cater to the individual needs of our clients.
    • Proactively recognizing upselling opportunities to enhance client experiences.

    Essential Skills You Should Bring:

    • Proven experience in selling customized itineraries to long-haul destinations.
    • Familiarity with a Global Distribution System (GDS), ideally Galileo.
    • Background in a target-driven sales environment.
    • Strong geographical acumen and prior travel experience in long-haul travel.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
    • A professional demeanor and a passion for travel that shines through in your work.

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive base salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000 based on your experience, plus unlimited commission potential.
    • The privilege of fully remote work.

    Work Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday: 9am – 5:45pm
    • Saturdays: 9am – 5pm (two Saturdays a month with a compensatory day off)
    • Enjoy your Sundays and bank holidays free from work obligations.
