As we expand our network of Travel Consultants, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Travel Specialist to join our enthusiastic team, working from the comfort of your home.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting unforgettable vacations by managing incoming sales calls from our travel trade partners. You’ll utilize your understanding of customer preferences, budgets, and travel interests to design bespoke holidays to long-haul destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design personalized itineraries to captivating long-haul destinations tailored to each client’s unique requirements.
- Achieve and surpass individual performance goals, including sales, revenue, and productivity metrics.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries, maintaining communication with customers and travel partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that delights clients.
- Share your knowledge and insights regarding destinations, airlines, and ground arrangements, acting as a trusted advisor for Travel Agent partners.
- Create packages that are uniquely suited to the individual needs of our clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and capitalize on them to enhance client offerings.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in selling tailor-made itineraries to long-haul destinations.
- Proficient in using a Global Distribution System (GDS), with preference given to Galileo experience.
- Background in a target-driven sales environment.
- Strong geographical knowledge and firsthand travel experience in long-haul destinations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and a passion for travel.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000 based on experience, in addition to uncapped commission opportunities.
- Fully remote working model.
Work Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (working two Saturdays per month with additional time off in lieu)
- Enjoy weekends and bank holidays off!
