    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand in your assigned area.
    • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Stine seed products and services relevant to your territory.
    • Cultivate existing accounts while actively seeking new ones to boost sales figures.
    • Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales programs and policies to meet regional sales targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to enhance sales support in your territory.
    • Build and strengthen relationships with customers and prospective clients, either directly or through assigned sellers.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Minimum of three years of experience in the agricultural field, with a background in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven track record in mastering effective sales techniques with strong negotiation abilities to navigate challenges.
    • Successful experience in developing and retaining dealer relationships.
    • Initiative and self-sufficiency in achieving designated goals without extensive oversight.
    • Preference for candidates who have a demonstrated capacity to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with growers by understanding and addressing their needs and objectives.
