As a vital member of our Corporate Treasury Function, you will play an essential role in our team, focusing primarily on Cash Management and Global Liquidity. Your contributions will also extend to Financial Risk Management (including FX and Interest Rate Risk), Insurance, controls, SOX testing, and exploring Capital Markets. The Corporate Treasury Team operates in a dynamic setting, where project scopes and responsibilities are continually evolving, offering an engaging atmosphere that emphasizes process improvement, risk mitigation, and cost efficiency.
Your Work Environment: This position is remote for candidates located in the greater Massachusetts or New England area. You will be required to be on-site at our Boston, MA office once a month.
Your Responsibilities:
Global Cash Management & Forecasting
Contribute to the management of the company’s daily domestic cash flow, including establishing daily cash positions and reconciling them against forecasts.
Assist in forecasting daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cash flows for the consolidated organization.
Analyze data concerning vendor spending, bank fees, and cash flow trends.
Collaborate with the treasury team to execute domestic and international banking transactions and daily operations.
Help manage global cash balances while optimizing banking operations on a worldwide scale.
Contribute to the establishment of an optimal global banking structure.
Global Banking Relationships and Bank Management
Assist in managing banking operations, including account openings, closures, and updates of account information and signatories.
Monitor and align banking fees with those recorded in the General Ledger.
Support analysis of bank fee expenses and forecasts.
Contribute to cash yield analysis and enhancement initiatives.
Bank Administration
Act as the security administrator for bank portals, updating access and user permissions as needed.
Prepare quarterly reports on global cash balances and outstanding letters of credit.
Corporate Treasury
Assist in documenting treasury processes and procedures.
Ensure adherence to treasury controls and maintain SOX-related documentation.
Support the annual corporate FBAR efforts.
Assist the Treasurer, Vice President, and Global Cash Manager with corporate activities and transactions as required.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics; MBA or CTP is a plus.
At least 5 years of treasury experience is essential; banking experience is advantageous.
Solid understanding of global cash management and banking practices, including U.S. and international treasury operations.
Ability to forge strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
Exceptional analytical skills to identify and assess trends from large data sets.
Demonstrated professionalism with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively.
A proactive approach to engaging in all areas of Corporate Treasury.
A strong desire for efficiency and continuous improvement, coupled with intellectual curiosity.
Flexibility to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

The complete base pay range for this position has been provided. Individual base salaries will vary based on work schedules, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and location. Sales roles may also include significant incentive compensation beyond the stated base pay range.
