We are currently seeking an accomplished Account Director to join our partner company in the UK.
This remote role presents a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented B2B sales expert with extensive knowledge of digital media and demand generation. In the position of Account Director, you will take the reins of the entire sales cycle—engaging with senior stakeholders, devising customized solutions, and closing substantial deals. Your primary objective will be to expand enterprise and mid-market accounts using a consultative sales methodology, providing an array of marketing services such as lead generation, digital advertising, content development, and events. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure top-notch service and achieve enduring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic account and territory initiatives to facilitate sustained growth
- Identify, pitch, and secure high-value contracts, achieving quarterly and annual sales goals
- Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions from our extensive portfolio of marketing offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and exceptional client service
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals, managing complex agreements with expertise
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the media or digital marketing sector
- Proven track record of closing six-figure deals with both existing and prospective clients
- Exceptional consultative sales abilities, with proficiency in lead generation and brand-to-demand strategies
- Thorough understanding of the digital media ecosystem and client success methodologies
- Self-motivated thinker with robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be comfortable working remotely with reliable tech and internet access
- Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship
- Attractive salary package with total compensation reaching up to £91,500 GBP
