About the Role
The Pipeline360 Professional Services team plays a crucial role in delivering measurable value to our clients. We work closely with our customers to fully understand their goals and assist in creating programs yielding exceptional results. As the primary liaison for our clients, you will oversee campaign monitoring, optimization, and reporting, ensuring flawless execution.
We are looking for a Campaign Manager who is eager to learn and enhance processes, ready to take charge of client relationships. As a trusted consultant, your focus will be on fostering product adoption, ensuring client satisfaction, and nurturing long-lasting partnerships. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about engaging with our amazing clients while exploring numerous aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all client campaign inquiries and custom requests.
- Collaborate with sales leaders, acting as a trusted advisor for client campaign requirements.
- Work synergistically with Global Campaign Operations team members to ensure consistent updates across assigned client accounts (including pacing and build progress).
- Enhance the value of our offerings while establishing strong advisory relationships with clients.
- Coordinate campaign execution utilizing integrated demand generation and display tools.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams and key customer stakeholders to track progress towards agreed business goals.
- Act as the liaison and launch manager for client campaigns within your portfolio.
- Transform campaign data into actionable insights, providing solutions aligned with clients’ technical and business needs.
- Develop presentations and lead key operational calls with clients concerning campaign strategies and execution.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities and partner with sales to enhance client strategies.
- Guide both new and existing clients through the Pipeline360/Integrate processes, overseeing implementations, integrations, maintenance, and growth.
- Efficiently handle client requests, facilitating communication between internal departments, and providing updates on status, technical needs, and campaign developments.
- Identify and engage cross-functional resources to implement sustainable solutions.
- Leverage data analysis to align team efforts with company objectives, identifying the best opportunities for success.
- Collaborate with peers to establish and uphold best practices for the team and campaign processes.
- Act as an extension of the team, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
- 2-3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or media environment.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level is required.
- Familiarity with Pipeline360/Integrate or related B2B media offerings is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel for client visits as circumstances require.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
