    Job Overview:

    Fortanix is in search of a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to guarantee a premier experience for our valued customers. In the role of CSM, you will serve as a trusted advisor and the primary contact for a designated portfolio of clients. Your main responsibility will be to guide the post-sale customer journey in collaboration with our Customer Success Engineers, Support, and Sales teams. Your efforts will focus on nurturing strong relationships with customers, ensuring they realize initial value and effectively utilize Fortanix’s Data Security Management (DSM) solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Fortanix clients to optimize their return on investment, effectively delivering, assessing, and communicating ROI throughout the customer lifecycle.
    • Take ownership of customer retention and expansion for all clients within your portfolio.
    • Work alongside Fortanix teams in Sales, Product, and Engineering to meet customer expectations.
    • Facilitate customer onboarding and training to drive product adoption.
    • Gain deep insights into customer needs, challenges, and the desired outcomes from their investments.
    • Design and execute account plans focused on enhancing product use and uncovering new value opportunities.
    • Conduct regular Business Reviews to ensure alignment regarding strategic goals and facilitate timely collaboration with customers.
    • Act as the principal escalation point for both business and technical queries.
    • Partner with Success Engineers and Technical Account Managers to become a subject matter expert on Fortanix products, customer use cases, and platform integrations while keeping abreast of trends in cryptography, Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), and confidential computing.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Technical Support Engineering, showcasing a strong record of effective execution.
    • Proficiency in leading change management initiatives and product adoption with technical customer profiles.
    • A talent for quickly learning new technologies and products, with the ability to convey technical details clearly.
    • Proven experience in building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated integrity and adaptability; capable of navigating ambiguity to find innovative solutions.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in a global organization serving customers across various regions.
    • Knowledge of HSM and cryptographic technologies; prior experience with HSM from another organization is a plus.
