    About Our Team and Your Role:

    Joining the IT Services organization, the Director of ERP Applications will play a crucial role in managing Mozilla’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. You will take charge of their implementation, maintenance, optimization, and integration with other business systems, leading a dedicated team of ERP specialists. This position requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure that our ERP solutions meet organizational needs and enhance operational efficiency.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Craft and implement a comprehensive ERP strategy that aligns with business objectives, including analyzing system upgrades and the incorporation of new modules. Identify business needs to unlock opportunities for ERP system enhancement and optimization.
    • Lead and inspire a dynamic team of ERP specialists, encompassing system administrators, analysts, and developers. Delegate responsibilities, mentor team members, and cultivate a cooperative working atmosphere.
    • Collaborate with different teams to fully understand their business needs, effectively translating them into ERP system requirements. Promote clear communication and alignment between IT and business stakeholders regarding ERP functionality and usage.
    • Present updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership during quarterly business reviews and other key meetings.

    Your Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in ERP systems implementation and operations, showcasing a track record of progressive achievements.
    • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams and the ability to influence senior management and key stakeholders.
    • Proven hands-on experience with ERP applications like Workday and NetSuite.
    • Expertise in designing and integrating ERP workflows for various functions including employee management, compensation cycles, performance management, budgeting, accounting, expense management, and contract approvals.
    • Strong grasp of development technologies and tools such as databases, API integrations, test automation frameworks, data analytics, and ETL transformations across diverse datasets.
    • In-depth experience with implementing security and compliance measures within ERP systems.
    • Outstanding analytical abilities to utilize data for informed decision-making and success measurement.
    • Proficient in developing and executing strategic plans focused on long-term growth, sustainability, and scalability.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
