Your Role as UK Sales Manager:

You’ll collaborate closely with the Regional VP to unify the UK sales approach, fostering an ambitious, high-trust team culture while diving into complex deals when necessary. Anticipate a fast-paced environment that prioritizes clear feedback and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and guide a high-performing team that consistently exceeds sales targets.
- Own and implement the sales strategy tailored for SME law firms, encompassing territory planning and customer segmentation.
- Drive a culture of rapid iteration—react swiftly to changes, learn quickly, and hone the team’s competitive edge.
- Step in for critical deals and manage escalations to maintain momentum and trust.
- Partner with the Regional VP to merge SME and mid-market sales into a cohesive strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to create standout marketing campaigns and messaging.
- Track pipeline metrics and maintain a smart, structured approach to stay agile and focused.
- Enhance brand storytelling to empower Account Executives to highlight Actionstep’s value to law firms.
- Lead with transparency and context, empowering team judgment while ensuring accountability.
Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience as a B2B SaaS leader; experience in the legal sector is a plus.
- Adept at setting ambitious goals and leading with intention, avoiding micromanagement.
- Skilled in empowering talent with trust while knowing when to step in strategically.
- Expertise in SME territory planning that balances broad outreach with deep understanding.
