About the Opportunity:
CrowdStrike is on the lookout for an innovative Director of Product Marketing to spearhead our go-to-market approach for Identity Protection and SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM). This pivotal leadership role encompasses all facets of product marketing, such as crafting positioning, developing messaging, generating demand, managing analyst and public relations, executing digital marketing strategies, and enhancing sales enablement efforts.
We seek a dynamic leader with extensive domain knowledge in Identity Protection (including ITDR, ISPM, PAM, Zero Trust, and Non-Human Identities) and SaaS Security, alongside a robust understanding of endpoint security, data protection, threat intelligence, and security operations.
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will establish strategic direction, prioritize initiatives, and measure success through key performance indicators weekly. You will lead a dedicated team of Principal and Senior Product Marketing Managers while working collaboratively across departments to create bold and compelling messaging that stands out in competitive markets.

Your Responsibilities:
Messaging & Positioning: Craft clear, distinct, and engaging messaging that highlights customer success stories, market dynamics, and product features.
Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a high-caliber team of PMMs, fostering a culture of excellence and inventive thinking.
Market Expansion & Business Growth: Propel awareness and adoption of Identity Protection and SSPM through targeted, data-driven marketing initiatives.
Product Launches: Lead the planning and implementation of impactful product launches, coordinating efforts across product development, sales, marketing, and partnerships.
Content Strategy: Direct the creation of compelling content, including sales collateral, thought leadership pieces, web content, videos, blogs, and more.
Sales Enablement: Equip sales and partnership teams with persuasive messaging, training programs, and resources to drive revenue and competitive edge.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Be the go-to expert on buyer needs, market insights, and competitive dynamics, employing data to inform strategies and initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product management stakeholders to define and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Executive Leadership: Partner closely with CrowdStrike’s executive team to shape the long-term vision for Identity Protection & SSPM.
Thought Leadership: Position CrowdStrike as a thought leader through blogs, social media, public speaking, and customer engagement events.
Your Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, product marketing, technical PMM, product management, or B2B SaaS.
Proven leadership expertise, managing teams of Directors, Senior Managers, and individual contributors in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Deep knowledge in at least two additional cybersecurity areas beyond Identity Protection and SaaS Security, such as endpoint protection, threat intelligence, data protection, or SIEM.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, comfortable engaging with executives, sales, product, and engineering teams.
Self-motivated, energetic individual who operates with urgency and embraces a growth mindset.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in high-visibility, fast-paced settings.
Creative problem-solver with the capability to develop innovative solutions and drive impactful results.
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA is preferred.
