We are seeking a dedicated Physician to provide consultative services for weight loss management in a virtual setting. Each consultation is approximately 15-20 minutes long, with our VHS team facilitating the process by onboarding patients via Zoom, handling intake procedures, and preparing clinical notes for your review. Once you are ready, you will join the call to assess the patient. Following the consultation, you will finalize the notes, approve any necessary prescriptions, and note any additional relevant information before our staff completes the remaining paperwork and processes.

The ideal candidates are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine, with valuable experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room settings.

You will have the flexibility to schedule your consultations in 4-5 hour time blocks based on your availability, with our scheduling aligning with staffing requirements to optimize patient care.

To succeed in this role, you will need a reliable laptop capable of supporting Zoom and our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. We ask that you work from a controlled environment, ensuring privacy and professionalism during consultations (please avoid working from a vehicle, for example).

Compensation is $35.00 per consultation, with the potential for efficiency allowing you to complete 3-4 consultations per hour.
