Your Role and Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your coding expertise to ensure our websites are optimized for Google’s search algorithms.
2. Integrate innovative features into our existing websites, while developing effective technical solutions.
3. Stay updated on emerging technologies and proactively propose ideas to enhance our systems and processes.
4. Identify, troubleshoot, and assess technical issues as they arise.
5. Create effective solutions for new products within established parameters and bring those solutions to fruition.
6. Collaborate closely with our Tech Lead to support the overall technical growth of the team, fostering a culture of teamwork and productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Web Development.
2. Proficiency in PHP and back-end development.
3. Hands-on experience with WordPress.
4. Knowledge of Laravel is advantageous.
5. Familiarity with interacting with RESTful APIs and working with formats like JSON and XML.
6. Solid understanding of version control systems, such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.
7. Experience with SASS and Bootstrap or any other CSS frameworks.
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
9. Strong leadership capabilities within a technical team.
10. Familiarity with technical SEO practices is a plus!
11. Additional experience with React or Angular would also be beneficial!
