    Role Overview

    As a Sales Manager focusing on Wind & Renewables Services, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer support solutions, specifically within the Wind sector. Your innovative approach to customer engagement will be crucial in addressing current and future demands, while also identifying and fostering opportunities for business expansion in both domestic and international markets.

    Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Building and managing key accounts in the Wind sector, developing a deep understanding of their customer base without relying on pre-existing leads.

    • Promoting our comprehensive service portfolio to clients with our installed systems, overseeing significant opportunities from initial engagement to order finalization, and achieving a balanced mix of short, medium, and long-term orders.

    • Initiating and expanding business relationships with new clients who currently do not utilize our services.

    • Gathering market intelligence to uncover fresh opportunities and tailor solutions based on customer feedback.

    • Communicating the value of our service offerings effectively to clients, ensuring alignment with the sales teams’ proposals.

    • Contributing insights to the marketing team to shape strategies and prioritize initiatives that promote business growth.

    • Establishing robust industry connections, which may involve participation in various industry events.

    • Actively engaging in sales campaigns, taking charge of leads to cultivate new business prospects.

    • Providing a wide range of service solutions primarily supporting power electronics, drives, control systems, excitation systems, and rotating machinery in an installed base.

    • Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings across the UK and internationally, particularly in Nordic and NLD regions.

    Your Qualifications Will Include:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications/industry experience.

    • Demonstrated experience in capturing and interpreting customer requirements effectively.

    • Proven success in a target-driven and results-oriented sales environment.

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Field Sales.

    • Experience selling complex service offerings related to electrical upgrades and long-term service agreements.

    • A valid passport and driver’s license to accommodate travel needs.

    • Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
