    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000, determined by your experience and skill set.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Champion Stine Seed Company to boost sales and enhance brand recognition among retail dealers in your designated territory.
    • Equip dealers with the latest product information, agronomics, and promotional materials.
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of Stine Seed and treatment products, staying ahead of industry trends.
    • Identify and build a strategic plan for key retail dealer prospects.
    • Collaborate with the Director of Retail Development to assess the performance of principal retail accounts.
    • Conduct a minimum of twenty in-person visits to significant retail locations weekly.
    • Engage in continuous prospecting for new dealers throughout the year.
    • Collaborate to set annual goals for Stine corn and soybeans at each retail dealer site.
    • Partner with the Director of Team Development to deliver sales training tailored to key retail dealers.
    • Organize and participate in Stine’s sales and agronomy/product training sessions.
    • Provide precise reporting on sales forecasts and account performance.
    • Assist in cultivating Stine Success corn and soybean plots for educational use.
    • Gather and analyze side-by-side yield data from retail locations.
    • Advocate for the utilization of Stine XP soybean seed treatments at key retail accounts.

    Desired Competencies and Qualifications:

    • A background with three or more years in agricultural retail and seed sales is highly desirable.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
    • Proven mastery of effective sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and a talent for overcoming challenges.
    • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and achieve established objectives.
    • A track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with retailers by understanding their unique needs and achieving results.
