Job Description
Location: UK Remote (occasional travel to Cardiff HQ and client/partner sites)
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + Double OTE

Join our tight-knit sales team and take charge of securing new logo sales within the public sector. Your role will be crucial in propelling our growth, shaping the future of our services across Managed Services, Professional Services, and licensing in the ServiceNow domain.

Key Responsibilities
- New Logo Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Account Growth: Cultivate and expand relationships within newly acquired accounts to uncover additional revenue streams.
- Business Planning: Strategically define and execute a structured business plan that includes account tiering and key events.
- Solution Selling: Utilize your deep understanding of Professional Services, Managed Services, and Licenses to craft customized solutions, focusing on value-driven outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Harness your SaaS experience to communicate value-driven solutions, aligning our ServiceNow offerings with clients’ digital strategies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize business success and client satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Conduct on-site client meetings as needed, and attend occasional gatherings at our Cardiff office to enhance relationship-building efforts.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner closely with the Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to create compelling campaigns, events, solutions, and proposals.
Your Skills and Experience
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in securing new business in Professional Services, Managed Services, and License sales, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- MEDDIC: Experience working in organizations utilizing the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Consultancy Sales: Proven ability to sell complex consultancy services, effectively communicating their value to close deals.
- ServiceNow Experience (or similar vendor): Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM, or Workflow solutions, along with a strong understanding of their applications and value propositions.
- Public Sector Experience: A solid background in public sector sales, with a vast network of champions and a strong grasp of procurement processes.
- Bid Experience: Involvement in a bid team leveraging either APMP or Shipley methodologies.
- Territory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of previous territories, including common challenges, best practices, and market trends.
- Deal Size: Proven track record of closing service deals exceeding £500k.
