Join Our Dynamic Team as a Nordic SAAS Sales Executive (Hybrid, Mostly Remote)

Location: London

Compensation: Base Salary: £80,000 – £105,000 with OTE ranging from £160,000 to £210,000

Our esteemed client, a frontrunner in the SAAS software industry, is on the lookout for a Nordic SAAS Sales Executive to bolster their expanding team. This incredible opportunity is primarily remote, with occasional in-office collaboration in London (1 to 2 days per week).

Your Role:

In this position, you will spearhead end-to-end sales initiatives for both new and existing clients across key sectors. You will be promoting an intricate SAAS product and accompanying Professional Services, including implementation, targeting businesses of all sizes, from Small and Medium Enterprises to Large Corporations.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian at a native or business professional level is highly desirable.
  • Experience in developing and executing effective territory account and sales strategies.
  • A proven track record of successfully closing enterprise-level SaaS software transactions.
  • A solid understanding of the significance of selling services alongside software solutions.
  • Consistent achievement in surpassing quotas while offering SAAS software solutions and professional services over the last 4-5 years.
  • Expertise in lead generation, qualifying prospects, and managing enterprise sales opportunities from inception to close.
  • Experience in a startup or smaller company environment is a plus.
  • The ability to develop and maintain robust sales pipelines while juggling multiple transactions in a dynamic pipeline.
  • Adeptness in navigating complex buying groups, understanding customer organizations, and cultivating the necessary relationships to drive high-value deals, often exceeding $1M ARR.
  • The skill to lead a cross-functional account team through intricate sales cycles, ensuring alignment between client needs and company objectives.
