About the Team

The Zoom sales team is a dynamic group that plays a crucial role in the company’s growth. Our focus is on providing innovative communication solutions to clients across diverse industries. With a dedication to building strong partnerships and a commitment to customer satisfaction, our team significantly contributes to Zoom’s global expansion and enables businesses to maximize their potential through virtual collaboration.

Your Role Will Include:

• Leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team with over 3 years of leadership experience.

• Proven track record selling to C-level executives, including prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing complex sales cycles.

• Experience in the SaaS or video/audio conferencing sectors, driving sales and solutions.

• The ability to clearly define business challenges and articulate how Zoom solutions address these issues.

• Motivating and guiding a team of skilled sales professionals in a fast-paced environment.

• Expert management of intricate sales processes and long sales cycles.

• A history of accelerating revenue in high-growth settings.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with C-suite executives to foster trust and collaboration.

• Overseeing the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring a healthy flow of opportunities and timely closures, while utilizing CRM tools to monitor and report sales activities.

Compensation Overview:

Minimum Salary:

$227,500.00

Maximum Salary:

$508,400.00

At Zoom, our Total Direct Compensation philosophy includes base salary, bonuses, and equity value, ensuring a comprehensive compensation package. Please note that starting pay is based on various factors, including qualifications and experience.

Location may also influence compensation, offering different ranges for candidates in diverse areas.
