Join our dynamic team where you’ll play a crucial role in managing Labor Cost Accounting processing functionalities. Your expertise will help optimize Master Data and Groups related to Cost Center, Cost Element, Activity Type, Employee, WBS Element, and Production Order.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating the seamless integration of Employee Master data from external systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Maintaining Activity Pricing and executing Direct Activity Allocations, along with conducting Activity Allocation Price Revaluations.
• Analyzing and reporting on Labor/Payroll Variance to provide insights into financial performance.
• Overseeing Labor Cost Settlement processes from WBS to Cost Center/General Ledger.
• Managing Labor and Payroll interface processing to ensure precise data flow.
• Delivering comprehensive cost reporting on a variety of metrics including Project/WBS, Cost Center, and Production Order.
• Streamlining Overhead Cost Allocation processing functionalities and managing groups such as Cost Center, Cost Element, and SKF.
• Processing Plan and Actual data in Overhead Cost Controlling and planning overhead costs utilizing costing sheets.
• Applying burdens such as Fringe and Overhead via costing sheets, and executing Assessment and Distribution Cycles.
• Conducting reclassification of overhead costs for under/over absorption and providing insightful cost reporting.

Essential qualifications include:

• Proficiency in gathering requirements and distilling them into actionable insights.
• Experience in developing engaging slide decks and documentation to support workshop presentations and system demonstrations.
• Strong background in facilitating discussions during solution design sessions and configuring solutions within the system.
• Skills in testing solution configurations, writing Functional Specifications for RICEFWs, and conducting Unit Testing.
• Ability to write and update comprehensive Business Process Documentation.
• Experience in training Subject Matter Experts and Key Users on system functionalities.
• Proficiency in preparing test scenarios, executing System Integration Testing (SIT), and reviewing test outcomes with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with managing requirements in JIRA and overseeing SIT/UAT testing in HP ALM.
• Experience navigating a complex SAP system landscape, including MDG central master data governance and S/4 operational instances.
