Cisco Call Manager Voice AdministratorJob Summary Cisco Call Manager Voice AdministratorWe are looking for a Cisco Call Manager Voice Administrator to join the team and manage the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) system. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the CUCM system and its associated components, such as voice gateways, voice mail, and IP phones. You will also provide technical support and guidance to end users and other IT staff.Key Responsibilities Cisco Call Manager Voice AdministratorAdminister and maintain the CUCM system, including software upgrades, patches, backups, and securityConfigure and manage voice gateways, voice mail, IP phones, and other voice devicesMonitor and optimise the performance and availability of the voice networkTroubleshoot and resolve voice issues, such as call quality, connectivity, and routingImplement and enforce voice policies and procedures, such as dial plans, partitions, and calling search spacesCollaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure the integration and interoperability of voice solutionsProvide technical support and training to end users and other IT staffDocument and maintain voice network configurations and inventoryQualifications and Skills Cisco Call Manager Voice AdministratorBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experienceCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or higherUK based Security Check (SC) clearance or eligibility to obtain oneAt least 3 years of experience in administering and supporting Cisco CUCM and voice solutionsIn-depth knowledge of Cisco voice technologies, protocols, and standards, such as CUCM, SIP, MGCP, H.323, SCCP, QoS, and CUCProficient in voice network troubleshooting tools and techniques, such as CDR, RTMT, CLI, and WiresharkExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
