They are seeking a dynamic Senior SAP Sales/Account Executive, equipped with a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem and a proven track record in driving strategic growth. You will play a crucial role in the company’s UKI expansion, empowering SAP customers to fully leverage their SAP systems through the flagship solution.

    This position entails close collaboration with SAP (Feltham HQ), where you’ll engage in co-selling and co-creating strategies that deliver exceptional value to SAP users. You will work intimately with SAP account teams, global system integrators, and boutique partners to build a robust pipeline, secure key accounts, and spearhead transformative initiatives throughout the SAP landscape.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive strategic revenue growth across new and existing SAP accounts in the UKI region.
    • Craft and implement account strategies that align with SAP customer needs and the company’s value proposition.
    • Collaborate with SAP teams on co-selling initiatives, leading joint sales efforts to maximize success.
    • Establish and grow alliances with SAP, global system integrators, and specialized boutique partners.
    • Position technology as a key driver for clean core transformation, AI readiness, and scalable governance.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, customers, SAP, and ecosystem partners.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to promote pipeline growth and customer success.
    • Maintain exemplary standards in forecasting, territory planning, and CRM practices.
    • Enhance brand visibility and market presence through thought leadership and strong customer advocacy.
    • Lead insightful product discussions, articulating the business impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales, ideally in a high-performance sales environment.
    • Strong understanding of SAP Cloud ERP is essential, and familiarity with SAP BTP is a plus; knowledge of broader SAP architecture and GTM dynamics is advantageous.
    • A demonstrated hunter mindset with a proven history of surpassing targets and fostering new business development.
    • Ability to cultivate trusted relationships across the SAP ecosystem, internal SAP teams, customers, and partners.
    • Strategic sales aptitude, adept at navigating complex decision-making environments.
    • Strong executive presence, excellent presentation skills, and proficiency in commercial negotiations.
    • Experience in managing renewals, customer growth, and achieving profitable outcomes.
    • Experience serving as a senior point of escalation, delivering customer-focused solutions.
    • A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of SAP innovations.

    Desirable Attributes:

    • Prior experience at SAP or within the SAP partner ecosystem.
    • Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to lead teams effectively.
    • Strong creative problem-solving abilities and comfort in managing ambiguity.
    • Insight into building competitive advantages and influencing market perception.

    Compensation Structure:

    • The base salary ranges from £75,000 to £105,000 gross per annum, depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience.

    Commission Opportunities:

    • This position features uncapped sales commissions, targeting around £945,000 (to be confirmed).
    • Commission rates range from 10% to 30% of net software revenue, with potential for increased rates and multipliers based on performance, contract length, and customer acquisition success.

    Realistic OTE (On Target Earnings):

    • Year 1: Focus on awareness and enablement, with expected target attainment between 50%-75%. Aim to establish market presence and develop pipeline coverage (targeting 2x).
    • Year 2: Conversion and growth, with targets expected to be met or exceeded consistently (aiming for 3x of target).
    • Year 3 Onwards: Predictable scaling, with consistent target exceeding (approximately 125%-150%+).

    Remote Work Details:

    • This role can be performed up to 100% remotely; however, frequent onsite presence at SAP’s UK Headquarters (Clockhouse Place, Feltham) is essential to ensure collaborative success with SAP sales teams.
    • Please note: Remote work from any other country is not permitted; applicants must reside within the UK.
