    Your Role:

    In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for our established accounts, nurturing long-lasting partnerships with both existing and prospective clients. Your collaborative efforts with our dedicated teams—including Product Managers, Scientific Advisors, and Technical Specialists—will be essential to your success. You will provide regular updates to your Sales Manager for the Benelux region and work actively to elevate our business growth.

    A Day in Your Life:

    • Act as the main point of contact for clients in your assigned region.

    • Foster and enhance relationships with both current and new clients to secure long-term partnerships.

    • Strive to meet and exceed commercial targets and objectives.

    • Collaborate closely with various departments to deliver outstanding service and tailored solutions to clients.

    • Provide regular reports to management and keep the organization informed of progress.

    • This role is home office-based with extensive regional travel for client engagement and regular meetings at our Antwerp office. Occasional travel to other countries may be necessary.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    Experience:

    • Proven track record in commercial sales roles.

    • Experience in life sciences, in vitro diagnostics (IVD), or medical devices is preferred.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Higher Education degree.

    • Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a plus.

    • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and PowerBI.

    Work Environment:

    Your workspace will be primarily home office-based, supplemented with significant travel throughout your designated region, and regular meetings at our Antwerp office. Periodic international travel may also be required.
