    Join Our Dynamic Remote Team!

    We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide critical processing and sales support for loan applications submitted by Wholesale Loan Brokers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our assigned Account Executives and Brokers to effectively manage loan applications from initial submission to final closing. You will perform all tasks in alignment with our company’s policies, as well as adhere to all relevant U.S. state and federal laws and regulations governing our operations. The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $50,000.00 to $70,000.00.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and support between Brokers and internal departments, including Account Executives, Underwriting, Quality Control, Document Processing, and Funding throughout the loan process.

    • Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.

    • Obtain and verify credit reports, flood certifications, and appraisals as necessary.

    • Ensure compliance with deadlines related to pre-disclosures, approval letters, cancellations, and declines.

    • Review and validate incoming documents from Brokers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    • Collect necessary documentation from Brokers and resolve any stipulations required by underwriting prior to loan funding.

    • Proactively track your pipeline to ensure timely funding of loans.

    • Engage with Account Executives about their pipelines and provide daily updates.

    • Maintain regular communication with Brokers, updating them at least every other day, while keeping all relevant parties informed.

    • Accurately input required data into our systems and uphold data integrity.

    • Alert the Broker and Account Executive to any discrepancies found in title, appraisals, credit, employment, income, and related items within the loan files.

    • Order Employment and Deposit Verifications to support the prefunding quality control process.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Ability to handle confidential information regarding loan applicants with discretion.

    • Experience with FHA and VA loan processing.

    • In-depth understanding of RESPA regulations related to GFE.

    • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple files simultaneously.

    • Frequent interaction with borrowers, brokers, agents, loan officers, and internal staff.

    • Strong coordination skills across various duties and proficiency with office technology including computers, copiers, and fax machines. Ability to sit for extended periods while maintaining normal hearing and vision ranges.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    • Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.

    • Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.

    • Minimum of five years experience as a Wholesale Account Manager or Mortgage Loan Processor, working with various Brokers, Account Executives, and investors across multiple loan products.

    • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of wholesale loan production and mortgage loan processing.
