KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Advanced Delivery Architect within our Advanced Services team, you will play a pivotal role in customer engagement and service delivery, facilitating the seamless integration of the Wiz platform into client operations. You’ll spearhead various projects aligned with our Advanced Services portfolio, collaborating closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Services PMO (Project Management Office), Enablement, and Partner Alliances teams to drive service delivery and enhance our offerings. This exciting position is located within the Advanced Services division, reporting directly to the Manager of Advanced Delivery Architecture for EMEA.

YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:

• Serving as the key technical authority for the delivery of Wiz’s expansive services portfolio.
• Guiding clients on cloud security best practices, ensuring their cloud deployments are fortified, and acting as their trusted advisor.
• Delivering comprehensive insights on the integration of Wiz into a client’s security framework.
• Leading projects as a subject matter expert in two or more areas, including:
  • Migrations & Integration
  • Advanced Deployments
  • Cloud Security Posture (CSP)
  • Secure Code Development (SCD)
  • Cloud Detection & Response (CDR)
  • Data & AI (DSPM & AISPM)
• Empowering clients to maximize their investments in Wiz by achieving their security goals through targeted project services.
• Identifying project risks and collaborating with the project management team to ensure timely communication of concerns to relevant stakeholders.
• Engaging with account teams to gain a solid understanding of customer business and technical needs through active participation.
• Staying updated with the latest functional and technical advancements of Wiz Services and products.
• Collaborating with the Wiz product team to relay feedback on feature requests and any issues encountered during project scopes.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• A minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience, showcasing your ability to engage effectively.
• Over 3 years of expertise in one or a combination of:
  • Cloud architecture or engineering
  • Security architecture or engineering
  • Post-sales implementation or engineering
  • Professional Services or Service Delivery
• Practical experience in building, securing, or administering applications or solutions in one or more of the major cloud platforms: GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Proficiency in scripting or coding with languages such as Python, Bash, Go, Rego, or PowerShell.
• Experience in developing or implementing Helm Charts, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with cloud containers and Kubernetes, including administration and architecture.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), as well as DevOps tools and CI/CD practices.
• Insights into cloud security disciplines such as CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, CNAPP, and/or Vulnerability Management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication prowess.
• Strong organizational capabilities and adept time management skills.
• A proven history of successfully navigating technical roles with customers, including:
  • Managing and aligning customer expectations with design and business needs.
  • Delivering technical outcomes associated with project objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery in complex scenarios.
  • Thriving in ambiguous situations, demonstrating self-motivation and independent thinking.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

• Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKS, or CKAD are advantageous.
