Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering

• Lead engaging discussions with both business and internal stakeholders to gather essential client requirements.
• Co-manage and spearhead the planning, development, documentation, and daily oversight of Data Science and AI solution products, aligning them with clients’ objectives and business strategies.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships to nurture account growth.
• Identify promising opportunities for Tiger Analytics, playing a pivotal role in guiding them to fruition.

Scoping & Solutioning

• Collaborate effectively with Technical Subject Matter Experts, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and ML Engineers, within the Tiger Analytics team.
• Translate client requirements into detailed scopes of work, outlining high-level task breakdowns and timelines.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• 10-15 years of extensive experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of leading multiple projects and managing client stakeholders.
• A strong background in analytics consulting is essential.
• 5-7 years of experience specifically within the Healthcare or Health Insurance domain.
• Act as the main liaison for the Company, overseeing programs to guarantee integrated efforts in HEDIS quality improvement.
• Identify and implement enhancements to analytics workflows and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in HEDIS reporting.
• Ensure compliance of all analytical activities with HEDIS guidelines, regulatory standards, and industry benchmarks.
• Engage with executive and VP-level stakeholders from the client’s side, effectively translating business challenges into high-level analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in statistical and machine-learning algorithms is advantageous.
• Strong SQL skills accompanied by hands-on expertise in analytic tools such as R and Python, as well as visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI.
