    Join the dynamic Financial, Actuarial, and Analytics (FAA) team as a Senior Pricing Associate, where you’ll collaborate closely with the Pharmacy Practice within Health and Benefits. In this influential role, you will be instrumental in navigating a variety of intricate projects that focus on designing, financing, and managing pharmacy benefit programs.     Your Impact

    As a Senior Pricing Associate with a focus on pharmacy, you will have the chance to work alongside some of the industry’s foremost consultants, leveraging your existing experience while paving the way to becoming a future thought leader.

    Your assignments will stimulate your creativity and analytical skills as you interpret data, derive insights, and effectively present your findings. This hands-on experience will build upon your technical knowledge and deepen your industry understanding.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborate with consultants and team members to conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including cost-saving projections and the refinement of pricing models.

    • Create and develop insightful client analyses and documents for WTW clients and prospects, including impactful presentations and comprehensive reviews of pharmacy contracts.

    • Evaluate and negotiate vendor products, services, contracts, and pricing guarantees.

    • Lead the design, distribution, and evaluation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

    • Take charge as the project manager, contributing to project plans and guiding the team to ensure adherence to objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

    • Support the pharmacy practice in developing intellectual resources, including new financial models or tools as needed.

    • Assist in the preparation and delivery of client outputs.

    Who You Are

    • 5+ years of proven experience in designing and managing large group pharmacy benefit plans within a consulting, brokerage, pharmacy benefit manager, or carrier setting.

    • Strong financial acumen, particularly in pharmacy pricing, underwriting, or valuation preferred.

    • Bachelor’s degree required, with a focus on quantitative coursework highly desirable.

    • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

    • Demonstrated flexibility and an aptitude for identifying and resolving challenges.

    • Client service-oriented, with a strong capacity to manage communications effectively and promptly.

    • Proactive self-starter with the capacity to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.

    • Robust analytical, creative, and integrative thinking skills.

    • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of employment.

    Compensation and Benefits

    This role offers a competitive compensation range of $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 USD per year, alongside eligibility for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
