    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the engagement planning process, delegating tasks and managing timelines effectively
    • Mentor and guide audit staff on technical aspects of the audit process
    • Prepare and review comprehensive and accurate workpapers and financial statements
    • Innovate audit processes by leveraging technology and contemporary practices
    • Oversee all phases of client engagements, from reporting to wrap-up
    • Foster business development through networking and relationship-building

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline
    • Experience with commercial clients across various industries (e.g., Automotive, Healthcare, Manufacturing & Distribution, Construction, Professional Services, Real Estate, etc.)
    • Active CPA license or currently in progress
    • 2-4 years of recent experience in public accounting
    • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
    • Client-focused approach with outstanding communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with audit software preferred
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
    • Willingness to conduct occasional client visits as needed
